Private sessions last for 60 minutes and are held in Charfield, South Glos. Sessions are tailored to each clients individual needs and are recommended for clients who:-
All clients will be required to complete an enrolment/health questionnaire in advance of their first session and to provide the first payment.
Payment for subsequent sessions is required in advance, preferably by bank transfer.
Where a book booking is made, full payment is required prior to the first session within that block.
In the event of a client needing to cancel a pre-booked session a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to avoid the full fee being payable.
As clients begin to master technique and understand the principles of each exercise, they are offered exercise sheets to aid some home practise.
I am also able to offer home visits as long as there is sufficient space for the session. I supply all the necessary equipment and am happy for this to either be on a 1:1 basis, or on a 2:1 basis, space permitting.

Prices for home visits beyond 10 miles from Charfield can be agreed on an individual basis depending on location
